How to add control to your Web Application

You can choose between HTML controls o Server control in your web application.

Step 1

To add a HTML control, click on HTML tab in your ToolBox and then select a textbox control – as an example and drag it across your Web form as shown in the diagram below

Step 2

To create server control for processing your form, click on Web Form in your ToolBox and then drag a Button across.

You will notice that Server control has a small arrow on top of it.
